Staying at Collingwood Manor Boutique Bed & Breakfast offers a unique experience to travellers weary of every day accommodations.
Your hosts, Ray and Jules, will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and understand that every guest has different needs. When you stay with us, you can choose to be as private or social as you wish; our sole concern is your utmost comfort.
Our five rooms all have king-size beds and there are many original pieces of art and prints in the bedrooms and throughout the house.
The cosy lounge with wood burner and heat pump, the veranda and the garden all provide the ideal retreats for quiet moments with a drink and a book or a convivial meeting place to swap and compare your New Zealand experiences with fellow travellers. Conversely, each of our generous bedrooms are comfortable enough to retire to for moments of complete privacy and personal relaxation and, with all the luxuries described above, allow you to be as self-sufficient as you prefer.
A delicious continental breakfast is served daily in the dining room, overlooking the magnificent front garden. There surely can be no better place to welcome in each day.

The Everett Room
The Everett Room was the drawing room in the original house. This luxury spacious room has a decorative fireplace and a large bay window overlooking the front garden. The king-size bed has an electric blanket, and this room can also accommodate an extra single bed when required.
Tariff: From $230 (inc GST) per night for 2 guests, extra $60 per night for an additional guest
The Gordon Room
The Gordon Room is one of our luxury rooms. Large in size, it was the master bedroom of the original house and has private access to the side veranda. It gets fantastic all day sun through the bay windows, has a luxurious king-size bed with electric blanket, as well as a single bed. A second single bed can be supplied on request, enabling four guests to stay in this room. The ensuite has a bath and shower over the tub.
Tariff: From $230 (inc GST) per night for 2 guests, extra $60 per night for each additional guest
The Victorian Rose Room
The Victorian Rose Room has a luxurious king-size bed which can also be split into two singles if required. Electric blankets are available and the ensuite has a bath and shower over the tub. This room faces east to enjoy the morning sun.

The Morning Sun Room
The Morning Sun room is light and bright, facing east to capture the morning sun. This room has a luxurious king-size bed with electric blanket, and overlooks the rear garden.
Tariff: From $210 (inc GST) per night for 2 guests
The Margaret Room
The Margaret Room with it's decorative fireplace, luxurious king-size bed with electric blanket, overlooks a sheltered garden.

Policies
Check-in is available from 2PM until 9PM on day of arrival.
Check-out is by 10AM on the day of departure.
Arrival or departure times outside of these hours by prior arrangement only.
Payment Policies
Most reservations require a valid credit card to secure the booking. The card may be charged up to one month before the arrival date. Credit card payments incur a 2% fee. Please let us know if you would like to pay with cash or direct credit at least one month before the check-in date. For invoiced bookings, payment is required before guests arrive. For large booking of three or more rooms, or four or more nights, we may ask for a 50%, non-refundable deposit, to be paid at the time of the booking.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least one month prior to the check-in date and time, or the guest will be charged the full amount of the booking. If we manage to re-sell the room within this time, we are happy to refund the payment. Cancellations up to one month before the booked date incur no fee.
Smoking
As this is a smoke-free complex please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests.
Please be warned – In the event of someone having smoked in the room, we will engage a specialist cleaning company and reserve the right to charge for such service and the value of any lost income during the cleaning period.
General
All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property, and any costs associated due to inappropriate behaviour, resulting in loss of income, will be charged to the registered guest. This includes any items removed from the premises without consent and excess rubbish removal. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage costs. We reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit / debit card after guests have departed, or to send an invoice to the guest.
